The trial day helps us assess your dog for suitability for daycare, and we do this at no cost! Here, we want dogs to be happy—truly happy! We want to see that your dog can enjoy the daycare and pack environment.

It will also give you a good idea if we are the right fit for your dog. So, you can be assured that your dog is under the best care.

  • Trial sessions last for 2-4 hours.

  • We offer engaging activities, including outdoor fun!

  • Expert care from our loving staff.

  • Ensure your dog is C5 vaccinated, desexed if over 12 months (unless exempt), and on a regular flea and worm prevention schedule.

  • Expiry periods upon purchase apply to packages: 5 Days = 6 months, 10 Days = 9 months, 20 Days = 12 months.

  • All payments for daycare services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or other significant events, and are subject to management's discretion.
